Both Nutraceuticals and Diagnostics orders can be cancelled before the order is shipped, or marked to be shipped. We don’t charge you any cancellation fees. If you paid with a Credit or Debit card, your amount will be reflected in the bank account/card/wallet in 4-15 working days.
Both Nutraceuticals and Diagnostics orders can be rescheduled at no extra cost, if the rescheduling is initiated before the dispatch of the product. Otherwise, rescheduling charges of INR 200 will apply.
Nutraceuticals orders can be rescheduled as many times and the above guidelines will apply for every reschedule.
Diagnostics orders can be rescheduled twice within a window of 7 days from the date of the order of the product, post which any reschedules won't be allowed.
Sample Collection for diagnostics can be rescheduled twice, at no extra cost, if the customer gives notice before 10 am on the day of sample collection.Otherwise, rescheduling charges of INR 200 will apply.
